Tina also excels in navigating complex structures, company and trust lending, SMSF lending, loan reviews, family guarantees, and construction and commercial finance.
Tom is known for his ability to simplify challenging financial situations and deliver tailored solutions. He combines his comprehensive industry knowledge with a client-first approach to help individuals and investors achieve their property goals. Tom's dedication, proven strategies, and unwavering work ethic ensure that his clients receive the support they need to confidently navigate their financial decisions.

Erika (also known as Kai) brings over a decade of diverse banking expertise to Amara. From retail lending support to managing training and quality assurance, she's honed her skills across multiple roles at esteemed institutions like St. George, Bank SA, and Westpac. Transitioning from Banking into supporting Australian Mortgage brokers for the past 6 years, in various Australian leading brokerages, Erika excelled in credit support, quality analysis, and team management.
Her passion for excellence extends beyond the office, as she enjoys leisurely drives, exploring cafes, and indulging in a good book. A music enthusiast, Ann loves attending rock concerts and embracing the energy of K-Pop. At Amara, her experience and enthusiasm drive success.

With over 10 years of experience in the banking industry, Yerah has amassed a wealth of knowledge and skills across various facets of banking operations. Her journey began in Mortgage Support and Settlements at Westpac Banking Group, and she furthered her expertise through diverse roles within HSBC UK Retail Banking & Wealth Management. These roles included Telephone & Online Banking, Complaints Handling, Credit Underwriting, and Fraud Support, showcasing her well-rounded skill set. This breadth of experience makes her transition to supporting mortgage brokers seamless, highlighting her versatility, adaptability, and willingness to embrace new challenges.
Beyond her professional life, Yerah is a homebody who finds joy in the simple pleasures of home life. She enjoys spending time with her furbabies, indulging in reading books, and listening to music. For her, music holds the power to evoke emotions, set the mood, and enhance relaxation. Additionally, you might catch her feeding strays on the street—just one of her endearing quirks!

Prior to joining Amara, Dani's professional journey in the Australian mortgage industry has been diverse and enriching. Starting as a banker, Dani built a solid foundation in financial services before transitioning to roles where organisational skills and client relationship management were honed. At Amara, Dani has spent the past year contributing to team success through comprehensive support in an administrative capacity, drawing on a deep understanding of mortgage operations.
Outside of work, Dani navigates the joys and challenges of raising their energetic one-year-old with her husband in their new home, balancing career success in mortgages with family responsibilities.

Monique commenced her career in the mortgage industry 12 years ago, providing assistance to clients, solicitors, and brokers with loan applications. Over the years, she has acquired extensive experience in Quality Assurance, including leading a team of Quality Assurance professionals. Since 2021, Monique has dedicated herself to supporting Australian Mortgage Brokers by ensuring all outstanding requirements are fulfilled, facilitating formal loan approvals, and ensuring timely settlements.
Outside of her professional career, Monique values spending time with her family and her Shih Tzu. She enjoys going on road trips and exploring new restaurants. During weekends, she also enjoys binge-watching both movies and series.

With over seven years of experience in the Australian mortgage industry, Michelle has excelled in a variety of roles, continuously learning, and growing. She began her journey in customer service, then moved through lender follow-ups, data entry, broker support, and quality assurance, eventually becoming involved in process improvement. Michelle also completed her Financial Services Diploma Program in Canada, further expanding her skill set. As a tech and process expert, Michelle is known for her exceptional organizational skills, effective communication, and ability to multitask, making her an invaluable member of the team.
In her downtime, Mich enjoys visiting cozy coffee shops with friends, cherishing simple moments. She balances work and leisure by exploring underrated locales and discovering new culinary delights, especially when traveling to unfamiliar places.

Sam transitioned into the mortgage industry over three years ago, leveraging over 15 years of customer service and retail management experience. Seeking a new challenge, she combined her strong relationship skills with her passion for helping people achieve homeownership. To support this transition, Sam completed a Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management. As a Business Manager now at Amara, Sam applies her extensive training and expertise to support brokers, the wider team, and customers alike. Her dedication ensures that the team operates efficiently, and customer goals are consistently met with care and precision.
Outside of her professional life, Sam enjoys a well-rounded lifestyle, attending music festivals, camping with her family, or relaxing at home. Whether it’s enjoying a movie night with her kids, immersing herself in a good book, or baking delicious treats for the weekend, Sam embraces a balance of adventure and comfort.
